Currently, MASU ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Are MASU products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all MASU furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance.
